Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Extension Refill.

We recommend every 2–3 weeks for classic lash extensions to maintain fullness and correct gaps. Frequency varies by natural lash growth, lifestyle, and aftercare; your technician will suggest a personalized schedule during consultation.

Avoid water, steam, and heavy sweating for 24-48 hours after your refill to allow adhesive to fully cure. After that, you can shower and swim with gentle care—use oil-free products and avoid rubbing your eyes.

When applied and maintained correctly, refills do not harm healthy natural lashes. Damage usually results from improper removal, poor adhesive choices, or neglectful aftercare. Our technicians assess lash health and recommend spacing or breaks if needed to protect natural growth.

Refill appointments typically take 30–60 minutes for classic lashes, depending on how many extensions need replacing. Full-volume refills or longer gaps can extend the time. Your stylist will estimate duration when booking based on your current retention level.

You don't need to remove remaining extensions before a refill. Our technician will assess retention and remove any damaged or loose lashes as part of the service. If over 50% of extensions have fallen, a full re-application may be recommended.

Avoid oil-based cleansers and mascara for at least 48 hours, and don't rub or pull lashes. Gently cleanse nightly with recommended foam or water-based cleanser, brush with a clean spoolie, and schedule regular refills to maintain shape and retention.
